Trại Hè XXVI 2014 /Summer Camp XXVI 2014

Forms for Trại Hè XXVI 2014 /Summer Camp XXVI 2014 are out! 

Please download it and print it from the Facebook group page or get a copy from a Huynh Trưởng at mass.

1. Read all of the information and turn in the Registration Form (page 3) and the Consent Waiver and Release Form (page 4/5, Vietnamese or English Version) to Pauline. 

2. Dues are $40 ($20 for campsite, $20 for food), please also turn in to Pauline.

3. If you do not have the official TNF white and yellow t-shirts, please order them from Britnee. One shirt is $8, two shirts for $15. It comes in Kids S, M, L and Adult S, M, L.

4. If you do not have a red TNF Torrance t-shirt, please order from Brenda. Each shirt is $9. It comes in Adult XS, S, M.

All forms, dues, and shirt orders are due by Saturday, July 12, 2014. Please be prompt to secure your spot to camp. We will not accept any late forms.
